Workshop Highlight: Artist Kelvin Lopez
Creative leader Kelvin Lopez taught a large group of students at San Diego City College how to create their own stamps and line print designs. Many students learned the traditional art method of line print making for the first time. Designs were carved into linoleum blocks and erasers resulting in a detailed graphic image.
Kelvin hopes to teach everyone this skillful practice which helps preserve the art of handcraft line printing.
